Question:
The website mentions clearly that the local S Bahn in Zürich is included with the pass.
The app as well under "travel info" says so:
The planner app in the "planner" menu however says that it's NOT included : when i search for Zurich HB to Wildpark for example it says "not in pass network".
Is this a contradiction??

No. SZU and Forchbahn are really not included. and this line is operated by SZU.
So, the announcement that all S-Bahns are included is firstly wrong and secondly useless than even the lines have numbers starting with S, the carriages are normally painted with the operators color and name only.
