Hello,

right now I am in a study abroad program in Spain. I am in Madrid trying to buy a ticket to go to San Sebastián and from there traveling in other spaces. I am not able to do so because the app won’t show a scanner for my pass and without that I am not able to buy my ticket and the pass is therefore invalid to me. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you.
