Swapped adult and youth pass

When we bought our passes we thought we made sure that the correct pass was assigned to the correct person but here we are. I am now unable to activate my pass because I am older than 27, while my partner has activated the adult pass. Any idea on how we can fix this?

As the passes are personal you need to make an exchange, if the conditions for your pass allows. The conditions are found in the confirmation email and on the invoice in the order overview in your Interrail account. 

The fee for an exchange is 15 EUR.

First of all you need to deactivate the passes. Then you need to buy new correct passes and follow the instructions how to get the money back for the first passes you bought less 15 EUR.
