Hi, 

Is interrail planning to offer support by telephone in the near future? It seems impossible to find a telephone number, but it looks like it is has become mandatory to offer this kind of support.

(And I think it has been missing in the past, especially in cases where immediate action is needed, such as when the tickets in the app suddenly don’t work.)

Until this date, our company doesn’t provide a phone number for any travel services. The support from our staff can be found in several channels including mainly via email.

But that's something we can check to the superiors. Thanks for letting us know about it!
