Is interrail planning to offer support by telephone in the near future? It seems impossible to find a telephone number, but it looks like it is has become mandatory to offer this kind of support.

(And I think it has been missing in the past, especially in cases where immediate action is needed, such as when the tickets in the app suddenly don’t work.)
