I have used up in/outbound and have 6 more travel days left. Booked Rotterdam to Paris but cannot activate the pass because no more travel in NL.
I already have the seat reservation. How can I solve this. Its a direct train.

To use Thalys, you need a pass that is valid for the complete route. Thalys does not sell reservations for passes that are only valid for part of the route. So you basically bought a reservation you can't use.
You could travel to Antwerp by intercity (with an additional ticket valid until the border, e.g. on www.nsinternational.com) and board the Thalys there.
