I have until 1 September 2021 to obtain ticket refund for a trip which should have started 16/06/20. I have asked Interrail for the procedure but they cannot reply for 7 days due to demand which will take me past 1 September. Any advice please?

Many thanks Nanja (I missed this reply). Mirielle (from Interrail) has now responded saying that Interrail will refund when passes are received. However, since they were sent two weeks ago first class from the UK and still not received I am a bit concerned. My tracking showed they were at least a week in Dutch Customs then they disappeared from my tracking !

Should I be concerned, do you think please ?
