My boyfriend is 27 today but will turn 28 before we plan to travel, which is why he wants to buy an adult ticket (and not youth). However, the website says the age does not match the ticket type so we can’t continue, how do we solve this?

Cannot on site-same ;prob with seniors who turn 60 after buy/before start and then get discount. Only way to resolve, but I guees much too late for you, is go oin person to an poutlet that sells passes and tell them/show ID is needed anyway. Paper passes=old style require to set start date right @ sale.

Hi @Maja Warlin

This is indeed a problem. The only solution is to give another birth year and inform customer service before buying the Pass. If they allow it, they can change it manually when the customer turns 28.

It is important to note that the correct birth year must be modified before starting the journey.

Have a lovely day!
