i planned to travel today. Due to the unexpected weather, so all the trains i want to take be canceled. it is possible that i can postpone my date?(my pass be expired today)

Did you have a seat reservation for today ? Speak to staff at the train station and see what they offer.
If you're stranded, then in principle the operator has to provide accommodation and a ticket to complete your journey tomorrow. Speak to the staff.
