Train got cancelled, do I get a refund?

My train got cancelled due to interprofessional social movement. 

I got a mail that I can exchange the ticket without any fee or get a refund for my seat reservation.

I want to get 100% refund, how can I get it?

You can get a refund from where you bought your reservation.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
