I check train time from Salzburg to Mayrhofen and it shows that the line between Jenbach Zillertalbahn to Mayrhofen im Zillertal not in pass network. It confused me since train Re 143 Is a part of train in Austria.

Don't know what you do exactly mean by "part of train in Austria" but the the line from Jenbach to Mayrhofen is operated by Zillertalbahn, a private company that doesn't accept Interrail / Eurail. So the planner is correct.
You do find a list here: https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/tips-and-tricks/trains-europe/trains-country/trains-austria.
Thank you very much for your reply. I now know that the line from Jenbach to Mayrhofen is operated by a private company. So Eurail pass doesn’t cover it and I have to buy a ticket form Jenbach to Mayrhofen. Am I rights?
