Transferring mobile pass to new device

Hi, I am travelling with my son and partner and we are mid-way through out trip - next destination Amsterdam. My partner bought his pass separately from my son and I and it is on his phone. His phone looks like it is about to die. Does anyone know if I can transfer his (activated) pass to my phone?!
