Travel day without travelling

Hi John,

 

I had to activate the pass to show the QR code to the officer for booking reservation at the Zurich railway station counter. 

 

Please help me as I have first time but this pass and I have to stay railway station for two night with my 1 years old as I am not getting hotel here.I dnt hv pass left and I m going back London today due to no reservations in train . However I have not used the pass yesterday while it is counting as travel day

You should never activate a travel day on a day when you don't travel. You should have activated the travel day for the day that the reservation was for and then deactivated the travel day after showing the QR code. 

You need to contact Customer Support and see if they will give you the travel day back. Please use the form below to contact them and write that you are currently travelling.
