Hi guys! I’m planning to start my route in Rijeka and first travel to Amsterdam which is 23 hours long. I’m wondering does it use more than one travel day off my ticket to travel there? I have to take 3-4 different trains during those 23 hours to get there?

A pass day is from 00:00 to 23:59.
If you board a train before midnight, only the departure day will be counted even if you arrive at 10am in the morning. Of course you can't take any more trains the next day.
Night trains are very popular so if you'd like to them, book ASAP on tickets.oebb.at or nightjet.com
