I have bought a global pass but due to COVID I can only travel in the Uk can I still use the pass in the uk even if it’s my country of residence.

Only 2 of them 
but if you are vaccinated or testet you can still travel as UK Citizen in Europe :) for example Hungary, Croatia are open for UK traveler :)
