Hi All,

We are planning a trip to Amsterdam/Netherlands and surrounding areas such as Zaandam,Vollendam, Zaanse Schans, Delft, Gauda, Giethoorn and Brugge in Belgium coming from South Africa.

Is there a rail pass that can include all this destinations without having to pay extra each time to visit these places. We will be staying in Amsterdam and will travel with Amsterdam as well.

Any guidance will be much appreciated

The Benelux pass includes all rail travel:

If you avoid the Thalys trains to go to Belgium, you don't have to pay extra for trains. Bus, tram, metro, ferry are extra. For travel in and around Amsterdam, check this page:

But you may want to look up fares to decide if the Benelux pass is worth it. Check ns.nl for fares in the Netherlands and nsinternational.com for fares to Belgium.
