hi, I have an Eurail Global Pass, trying to book online London to manchester on January 4th , 2024 but can not fond the way to do that online. my question is if it is possible and if not if I shoud do it at the Avantti Station in person or what are my best options?

You can make one at a counter for sure or through one of the railway operators, GWR works good. See :
