Who do I need to contact to change the country of residence on my mobile pass?
I am travevelling tomorrow so this needs to be changed ASAP as i have already made reservations !!
Any help or advice very appreciated!

It is not possible to make a change to the country of residence. Please read more in the answer in the link.
You need to make an exchange of passes, if the conditions for your present pass allows that.

Qs re discover program can only be answered by them. From other repoerts I think that goes via some fb page
