Hi, my pass was working fine until today. I had all my tickets and travel days planned but when I entered the app today, my pass wasn’t linked to my trip (called ‘eurotrip’). The app made me enter my pass number again and created a new trip called ‘my trip’, this one is empty and started 1 day early. The app won’t let me link again the one I already have. What can I do?

There was an app update with a bug. A bug fix has been released since. Have you installed the latest version?

Did you also have to activate your pass again, entering pass number, start date and passport number?
If so, then the app will have offered to either create a new trip (default) or use an existing trip. If you chose to create a new trip, then you can't change it anymore.
In any case, what is your app version? See More, scroll to the bottom. If it is lower than 25.1.0, then update.
