trip screen update

Hello, this is my first question, indeed, it is a request for help.
I have recently finished my Interrail trip and out of curiosity I went to the 'Rail Planner' application to review my route, with all the statistics.
I realized that it has not been updated properly, I have visited four countries but there is only one colored flag out of four and the map shows me certain routes that I have not completed.
What needs to be done to update / fix this feature?
