Trouble connecting paper pass to the app 'Rail Planner'

Hi :) 

I have problems connecting my paper interrail pass to the app Rail Planner. I just follow the instructions but it says that my pass cover number is incorrect. I have used the number at the back and I am sure that I have used the correct number. 

Anyone that has had the same problem with the app?

The first letter I is a capital i. Are you using that?
