Hi. I can only find passes within one country or all 33 countries. I was looking to buy a pass for two bordering countries. I thought these used to exist. Have they been eliminated?

The only pass, apart from the Eurail global pass, that covers more than one country, is the Eurail BeNeLux pass and the Eurail Scandinavia pass.
They may have existed but they don't exist anymore. The Eurail passes have been reorganised a few times over the course of the past few decades.
Currently, besides the global Eurail pass, there are the multi-country passes Benelux pass and Scandinavia pass.
