Hi, I purchased a 7 day pass two weeks ago and have not been able to activate it. I was able to activate my partner's pass (he only has one last name), but not mine. I have tried entering both last names separate, together, hyphenated, but nothing works. I have contacted customer service twice and the app developers as well and havent gotten an answer in two weeks. I will be traveling in two days. Please help!

Apparently, hyphenated names don't work. There is a text warning against that when ordering the pass but the website still lets you enter a hyphen. That is a bug on the website or in the app; IMO in the latter because many names contain a hyphen so it should be accepted.
