Hi! I’m going to take a train to Berlin. After that i’m taking a plane from Berlin to Belgium (my home country). After that i’m taking a train from Belgium to Torino in Italy. Is this possible? Or is it necessary to have train connections between every country?

No, it is entirely up to you what trains you use, just be aware you are only allowed 2 days use in your home country.
