I entered the wrong year when purchasing a åass for my son. (I wrote 2004 instead of 2002. The boy qualifues for “youth" anyway , so this error is just a typo).

 

Do we need to panic (he is liiving soon and i have little hope that customer support can fix this...)

Has anyone faced problem because of.a non material error in the birthday?

 

 

As the date of birth will be checked against the passport or national ID card is has to be correct. If the date is wrong the pass is invalid.

You might be lucky and get Customer Support to change it for you. Otherwise you must make an exchange of passes.
