Unable to connect my travel ass

So I got the order confirmation, and everything was fine. I logged in successfully using my pass code, but after a few days it got disconnected and i can no longer log in to the rail planner app using my code. It says that ”something went wrong”. Has anyone had the same problem?

I've seen people mention this error before. Not sure if the cause is always the same though.

  1. Please check if there's an app update. If so, install it and check again. The app version should be 23.1.0. (Go to More and scroll to the bottom to check.)
  2. If that doesn't help, you could try to re-install the app.
  3. If that doesn't help, please go to More > Settings, scroll to the bottom and enable error logging. Then reproduce the error, so logs are generated.
  4. Please contact customer service and give them as much information as you can. Also tell them when your trip starts.
  5. Do you have Android or an iPhone? If iPhone, which iOS version?
