My phone broke the day I was due to travel. I contacted customer services immediately as I need to transfer my pass and my husbands pass to my new phone. I am now in Belgium where I had to purchase tickets due to no pass. I am about to travel to Netherlands but no response from customer services. Please help me. It is very urgent

Hi Nanja thanks its all fine. Not to worry. I don’t have screen shorts of the tickets as I threw them away. We are travelling light.
