Hello,

My passport is expired but was extended until 2022. Even so I can collect my new passport which I would prefer. By doing that though my information will not match the info I gave to interrail. Can I change the information? I'm leaving in 3 days and interrail haven't responded and I can't call them. I haven't activated my mobile pass yet.

Please file a request here, if you haven't done that yet.

Hi Tobias, here you read all information regarding incorrect information on your Pass. Assuming you have a mobile Pass, you did the right thing by contacting Customer Support. Could you please provide me with your email address via a private message. Cheers,
