I cannot see any email confirmation of my global pass and there is nothing in my order overview as well. However, my credit card was charged for this transaction. My trip is in a couple of days and I URGENTLY need the pass in my account or a refund so I can repurchase. This is such a HUGE stress on my trip and a massive inconvenience. PLS HELP!
