I tried contacting support about this and have not received an answer and we are leaving from Prague in two days so it’s very urgent. 
due to train disruptions in Budapest-Nyugati we were unaware off we missed a train, since we activated our passes beforehand we lost a travel day which is crucial for us to return home to Sweden.. 

What can we do? Can we get in contact with interrail in a better manner?
