I have a question. If we have a temporary (student) residence permit in Hungary and not EU passport, can we join 50% sales for eurail passes?

Interrail/Eurail has nothing to do with the European Union.
Interrail is for people from Europe (the continent) including Russia.
Eurail is for non European (like USA, India, Australia, ...)
