I’m having some minor trouble booking tickets.
my pass is easy but my mother is from South Africa with a SA passport (waiting on her British passport and not sure if it will come in time).
What pass can I book for her? Because when I tried to book a general Eurorail global pass it asked for country of residence but only had EU countries despite the pass being meant to be for non-EU citizens. Am I reading something wrong or doing something wrong?

If you need to book now and your mother has only a South African passport at the moment, please go for a Eurail Pass: https://www.eurail.com/en/eurail-passes/global-pass. When filling in the details you should find only non-European countries in the list. Otherwise, please send us a screenshot and we’ll look into it.
If instead you are sure your mother will have her British passport by the time your trip starts, she can also go for Interrail.
