I need help in cancelling my tickets so I can buy new ones for a shorter amount of time. However, whenever I try to cancel, the system just says “Sorry, something went wrong with your refund. Please try again, or contact customer service if this keeps happening.” I’ve tried multiple the last few hours, with no change. Customer service does not seem to respond in a timely manner either, which is why I’m just cancelling the tickets instead of exchanging them. Please note these are mobile passes, not paper ones. I would really appreciate some help, thanks!

Maybe first try the standard things for strange websites behaviour: clear the browser cache and delete the cookies for this website. And try another browser.
If then online cancellation still does not work, then you'll have to contact customer service (this form is the best way to contact them).
