So i want to start travelling with a Global Pass in September, but I dont know when i should buy the Ticket, because i`ll need it for Seat reservations right? But when i buy it, for example in June can i still use it in September? Thanks in Advance.

Depends on the seat reservations and where you'll buy it. Sometimes you need to provide your pass number, sometimes you don't. Sometimes a fake number does work, sometimes it doesn't.
You need to start validity of your global pass at least 11 months after buying it. When buying a mobile pass, you may choose your starting date at any point in the following 11 months. So it would be no problem to buy it even now for September.
