I haven’t received a confirmation email even though I paid for the Europass for more than a day.

Where do I request a confirmation email?

And I wrote my driver’s license number on the passport number and ID number, is there no problem with using Eurail Pass?

A driver's licence is not valid as ID. It must be a passport or, within Europe, a national ID. 

As you haven't received the confirmation email probably something went wrong.

 

 


Then where should I ask? Please~~ I already paid the money.
