Hi! I bought an interrail card about an hour ago and you still haven’t sent it to me. Why?

It usually comes quite fast, sometimes a bit slower. Maybe because of the sale it’s slowed down because of higher demand, I had to wait a couple of hours too, when it was the 50% sale last year.
