 I won an award (2x Interrail Passes) of Arte Contest, but due to pandemic reasons I havn´t been able to make use of them, I wanted to know and make sure if ... they have valid date or expire. can i use them next year ?? Thank you

You'd better check with customer service.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.

@Jessica Dattoli  This is the offical Service Request form for Interrail & Eurail :) as here in the this Forum are “just” few moderators that supervise this Forum :) they sort the Service Request´s by Priority :)

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers
