Hej

I had problems with creating tomorrows tickets, it didn't show all trains. So I removed the day and added it again accidently adding todays date (but not any trains). Since I need all my travel days I would like to withdraw todays travelday which I did nat use, thank you in advance. / Johannes Barth 

 

 

 

 

 

The advice is to never add a travel day in advance.

Only Customer Support might help you but there is no guarantee that you will get back a travel day. Use this for to contact Customer Support. Write your pass number and that you are currently travelling.
