The Birthdates for my self and another traveller are listed wrong. I am positive I entered them correctly, but somehow they were changed?

I have emailed and contacted eurail via the chat bot several times over the past few months to resolve this issue. But I have not heard or received any help.

Does anyone know if having a wrong birthdate listed will affect travel? Our trip is in a few weeks.

First thing : did you enter them using the European version (DD/MM/YYYY) or the American one (MM/DD/YYYY) ?

I wouldn't worry much though as long as first and last names match. Staff rarely looks at your pass other than scanning the QR-code anyway.


In what way is the birth date wrong?
