I was getting ready to activate my mobile pass and I noticed that every passenger’s birthdate is wrong by one day!! I am 100% sure they were input properly. Appears to be a system glitch. We are traveling in May and need this corrected ASAP. 
Global Pass number is EU30431174

I can’t do this on my end and wound like to begin booking reservations.

Please contact customer service, so they can correct it. Be sure to mention when you start travelling.


Thank you for your reply. I have emailed customer service already and waiting for their reply. It’s just been very frustrating dealing with customer service since getting to them has proven to be a significant challenge. The chat bot is absolutely useless. Hopefully they reply soon.
