I have bought a global pass when it was on sale. I entered wrong country of residence (Germany). I am now in Germany but I am here only for a 2 months language course. I have not activated my pass yet and it was a mobile pass. I would like to travel in Germany freely like others.

Please contact customer service and also mention when you need the pass, so your request can be prioritised correctly.


I have asked there twice but I don’t get any replying. I will have to go with the state authorities unfortunately. I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost 2 weeks.
