Wrong name on ticket, can't get through to customer service

Hi there,


I ordered my tickets during the sale and put the two names the same (in my travel companion’s name !) and not one in my name. I emailed customer services straight away and have also tried to contact them via the forums - to no avail. I have sent two emails and tried to call - I understand they are dealing with a lot of requests but I thought I would have heard back after a month. I booked the tickets almost 4 weeks ago and would like the resolved soon if possible so that we can travel soon! Any advice most welcome,

You'll have to wait for customer service to respond. They are the only ones who can change it.

Sending repeated e-mails will not help, it will just make their queue longer.

One thing though: did you mention to customer service when you want to start travelling? That is the most important factor they use to prioritise requests. Saying it is urgent does not help, since people have very different opinions about what that means.
