Limited pass holder availability: Certain services like Eurostar and TGV have a limited pass holder availability that can sell out weeks in advance. To avoid disappointment we recommend booking your seats as early as possible. If the train is already fully booked, we recommend searching for an alternative option or checking out our travel alternatives

Delays/Cancellation: It might be that your train is cancelled or that you experience a delay. You can read about the compensation that we offer here
