Your outbound and inbound travel days are no extra travel days, they are only the possibility to travel in your country of residence on a maximum of two days. Ok I see. Thank you for confirming ☺️
Hi Yra, I will escalate this to our customer service. Cheers, I have similar issue - ie I’m trying to get help from the support and getting no where and my trip is fast approaching. I emailed numerous times and not heard back at all. How can I flag it up as urgent?
Ok I think I know what the problem is. My country of residence is wrong 🙄 does anyone know how I can change it?
I had the same problem as you. My solution was changing the hour settings of my phone to automatic. I hope it works for you!!! My phone’s already set to automatic. So I’m not quite sure why it isn’t working
