You can contact Customer Support through the link below. https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001 Mansur from Eurail answered my request right away, I sent in a copy of my diagnosis and received a reply and approval right away. I purchased a pass for myself and sent them the pass numbers. I am waiting for the caregiver pass and will probably get it tomorrow as it is late in Europe now.
