I would like to buy a global pass but need a caregiver pass also.  I will be leaving for Spain in two days and would like to buy it before I go.

Don't forget to mention your start date, so they can prioritise correctly.

Mansur from Eurail answered my request right away, I sent in a copy of my diagnosis and received a reply and approval right away.  I purchased a pass for myself and sent them the pass numbers. I am waiting for the caregiver pass and will probably get it tomorrow as it is late in Europe now.
