Hello, I am travelling as a family and had added everyone onto my account. However when I tried to reserve a seat it only allows me to reserve for one traveller. How do I reserve for the rest of my family there is 4 of us. Please specify route, date and departure time. All sorted … internet took a while to update my details. I am able to reserve tickets for all of us.

Hello, I have a question slightly similar. I activated my pass (19th June) via Mobile app as I thought I needed to do this in order to reserve seats. However I did put down my travel date as 23rd July. When I realised my mistake I deactivated my pass. My question: As I bought a 1 month pass does my pass starts when I activated my pass or from the day my ticket is scanned at the station on my first day of travel?
