I have made seat reservations for 3 journeys.Payment for all has been taken from my account but I have only received the email reservations for 2 of the journeys. The reservation missing is for a journey to Perugia. How do I contact customer services to ask about this -is that what I should do now?is there a telephone number for customer services?I have a mobile interrail pass
I have just booked my first journey for 13/8/22 in southern Italy .The reservation email tells me that I must print it and take a paper copy .This is ok when I am still at home but what about the future journeys I will book when I’m en route and then won’t have access to a printer?
I’m going to make approximately 12 journeys with my euro rail pass in Italy.For some long journeys such as Lecce to Perugia I must pay a reservation fee of 12 Euros.My question is for short journeys say from Bari to Ostuni can I travel without paying a reservation fee?
I am a UK resident and travelling in august to Italy then Slovenia then Croatia-do I need a Visa for any countries?
