Hello,unfortunately we have a problem with our mobile pass.We chose the 23rd as our starting date but actually wanted to start tomorrow the 24th. now, when we enter our trip on the 24th, already 2 travel days are gone. Why is that? Can somebody explain? Or is it still possible to change that? Thanks in advance for the help and best regards.
Hello, unfortunately I cannot access my travel pass on the rail planner app anymore. I had added the pass a few months ago on my phone. When I try to add the pass again, I always get the notice that another device is using this pass. But that’s not possible since I get that notice on both my devices. Does anyone know how to fix this?Thank you in advance for the help.
