Hi everybody;Yesterday my phone broke apart and I had to buy a new one. Reading here on the community I've found that in order to use my pass on another device the Eurail team has to deactivate it from my other phone:At the moment I'm travelling, I'm on a bus and I have to catch a train where I booked a seat at 12:40, I desperately need my pass for that time. I've filed since yesterday to this morning 3 help request, two via the app and one via the website. I hope to have everything in order for that time or I'm going to be in big troubles!
