Hi,We’ve got reservations on 20th February on Eurostar (London - Paris) and TGV (Paris - Hendaye). Seeing the latest update to the news on this website it appears 20th will be the last day of French industrial action. Naturally I’m worried that our trains might be cancelled, since if they are our whole itinerary is totally stuffed as we have onward bookings to Lisbon (mercifully just after the Portugal strike action is due to end). Looking at the Eurostar and SNCF sites, I haven’t been able to work out whether there’s any way of knowing in advance whether our services will be affected: couldn’t see anything on the SNCF site, while Eurostar is only showing information for the next day. Can anyone shed any light? Thanks
Hi I’ve got rather confused as to how the planner app works. I created a fairly complex trip on my iPad and added it to my pass on my iPad. However I really need to have the trip on my phone, so i successfully added the pass to my phone. However though the pass is there, there isn’t any trip associated with it. Do I need to create it manually on my phone from scratch or is there an easier way? Thanks
Hi, using the journey planner app I seem to be having a weird problem. I created 2 trips, one for me and the other for my wife. On our first travel day I’ve added 3 journeys to my trip without any problem, albeit one of them, as Thameslink service to St Pancras Intl, doesn’t exist in the timetable so I added it manually (I read that the timetables aren’t always very up-to-date).I added the same journeys to my wife’s pass (exactly the same type of pass). But when I came to activate the journeys (if that’s the right expression for sliding the button against the journey to change it from grey to orange) I noticed there was a funny symbol on the button for the 2nd journey…… and when I tried to activate it I got the following message…I don’t understand the message; when I select “use outbound/inbound journey” I just get a message saying “something went wrong” and to contact customer service if it keeps happening (which it does). I’ve not tried contacting customer service yet but does anyone
Hi,Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere already but just trying to check on a detail of how to use the outbound/inbound days on our global Interrail passes - we’re in the UK. I know you can use them for connecting trains to (say) Eurostar, but since we’re planning to return to the UK by air can we use our passes from the airport back home the same day? Thanks
